Trust is your most valuable asset.
Let’s build it together.
About me
I am an experienced communications leader in the financial services industry, having built and led high-performing teams at the world’s largest asset manager. I developed communications strategies that fueled business growth and advised executives on reputation and crisis management.
Before launching my consulting practice, I was Co-Head of Commercial Communications for the Americas at BlackRock, where I led a team focused on promoting the firm’s active funds, alternatives, OCIO, retirement, and technology businesses, as well as the Institutional and Wealth Advisory client channels.
I was promoted to this role after serving as Head of Communications for Latin America, where I built the firm’s regional communications function. I worked closely with business leaders to craft communications strategies, establish a corporate narrative, manage agency teams across five markets, and secure consistent media exposure. During my tenure, Latin America became one of BlackRock’s fastest-growing regions.
Earlier in my career, I spent over a decade in public service at the federal and state levels—first as a diplomat at the U.S. Department of State and later as Deputy Policy Director for the State of New York.
In 2024, I was elected as a Trustee on the Katonah-Lewisboro Board of Education, where I live with my husband and two sons.
Guiding Principles
Leaders and organizations play an important role in shaping public discourse responsibly and building trust by sharing inspiring stories and factual, helpful information.
Our clients recognize this responsibility, and our communications efforts are guided by five key principles:
Operate with integrity: mean what you say and back up assertions
Prioritize clarity: if your message is hard to understand, we have failed at our most basic task
Focus on substance: bring value to conversations
Be concise: say what is important
Be forthcoming: it earns trust
